I just wanted to say Thankyou so much for DJing for our wedding at the Cary Arms you were fantastic & our guests are still talking about the “great” music you played! You totally transformed the venue into a romantic dance floor area & we all had such a great time (which is mostly down to you guys playing)

Hell of a Disco were fantastic in accommodating the requests we put forward in advance of our wedding and for delivering on the day! It made such a difference having a knowledgeable and friendly face at our wedding! It is obvious that the passion Hell of a Disco possess for their work is contagious!

Philip was very accommodating for our taste in music, was very sociable too and actually came and danced a with us. Very chatty and kind and our first dance may have been a first or a rarity but he kindly obliged and played our track for us. Always played the music we wanted or very similar.

His setup and lighting rigging was very impressive too, one of the selling points that helped us choose HellofaDJ.

Great guys, Really put on a good evening and tailored their service, music etc to suit the distinct style of our event. Would definitely use them again for future events. Highly recommended.

We had a brilliant service from Philip at Hell of a Disco. We had a good quote and he was very friendly and helpful all the way up to and during the wedding. We gave him a list of requests and all were played and he was more than happy to take requests on the night too. He arrived well on time and set up with no problems. He had a good chat with both me and my husband and he was very good with our 3yr old son who was a bit shy, he even got us a wedding card. He got everyone dancing and even taught us all a dance routine! He got our first dance song especially for us as it was unusual. All in all he made our evening reception lots of fun. We would definitely recommend Hell of a Disco and would use again in the future.

Having used Hell Of A Disco for my company’s Christmas party, I knew that booking them for my wedding would be an excellent choice. Phil is always professional, open to receive a set list prior to the day so that he can create the right environment, excellent value for money, friendly and communicated well with guests of all ages, sets up at least 1 hour prior to the time booked so there is no rushed feeling and helps you have to have a fantastic wedding day by being a genuinely nice person providing a fantastic service.

A super disco! Will definitely recommend to everyone and use again in the future. Everyone had a fantastic night! Philip was kind, friendly and enthusiastic……. even joining in with the dancing at points! Thank you!

Great service done everything I asked perfect.

Phil was great, he quietly set up then played all our requested tracks in with some of his own selection, and those requested by the guests on the night. The lighting he used was modern and made for some good photos. Best of all he didn’t talk over the music… my pet hate!

The equipment used was top of the range and the lighting and sound were of a high standard and quality. The flame effects were fantastic and everyone commented on those. The set up looked very professional and pretty with all the lights on the front. Philip was very attentive to what our guests wanted to hear and was happy to accept playlists and guidance on the type of music as well as deciding on music himself. The dance floor was always full and all our guests enjoyed the music – there was always something for everyone. Philip was very flexible with setting up (as we had the whole day in one venue) so he came and went when we requested) and he was very quick and quiet at setting up. I would highly recommend Hell of a Disco to anyone who wants a great night at a very reasonable cost.

I wanted to let you know that the DJ that was the replacement, was brilliant and we really enjoyed the whole evening. The poor man was bombarded from the minute he started to set up, and yet handled a very stressed groom and a million drunk relatives with professionalism and ease!! He played all our requests and even joined in at one point!! We thought he did a fantastic job and I hope you think of him for any future functions – we would recommend him to anyone.
